Terms Of Service
By signing up to PayingCash.net you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement.
PayingCash.net reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members.
You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract.
You agree that the information that you submit to PayingCash.net is valid.
You must have a good understanding of the English language.
If you decide to refer other people to PayingCash.net
you will receive 15 % of your referral's earnings on level 1
Your referrals have to be active for 10% to earn from them
We have a zero tolerance policy against inactivity
If you not clicked a link for more the 30 days, or logged in your account, you will be considered inactive, this is for all members (so for free and upgraded ones)
This will result the losing your account. After 32 days we will delete
all inactive members. You will loose all your earnings, referrals and referral earnings. This can not be turned back!
We have a zero tolerance policy against cheating.
If you clicked more than 10 bad turingnumers in a week you will be Suspended.

Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Suspended account can be held in the database up to 40 days after being flagged.You can not signup with an other account during this time.
If you have more than 1 account , all accounts will be deleted!!
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate, illegal or deliberately harmful by to Payingcash.net and is detected by Payingcash.net result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. Use of "Click Bot" or Robotic Software - account deleted immediately and permanently! We reserve the right to employ any and all methods to find and eliminate those who use robotic software
Cheat links and English test links
Cheat and English test links will be sent at the discretion of the Webmaster. All cheat links and English test will have a 20 second timer which is plenty of time to close out the window and it won't be counted against you.
Should you choose to allow the timer to expire, the following steps will apply:
1st - 10th cheat links clicked....deduct $0.05 from account (per click)
11th cheat link clicked.....loss of earnings, downline and your account is DELETED.
Payout (15 November 2008)
Starting today (15 March) we have another payoutplugin.
You can withdraw your money:
You may request payments once your account balance reaches $1.00 (for Alertpay)
We will pay you within 21 days
Pay attention that:
Your account is in "good shape" meaning that all fields are filled with real details (so no dgdgdgd, ardsggdd in name, address without house- or appartment number ,country etc)
If your account isn't in "good shape":
- first time we dont pay you, and you know something is wrong with your account
- second time: we won't pay you and you will be suspended!
Once in a while we close the withdraw page for a week, to check the memberdatabase!!
If you requested pay-out, stay member till we had the chance to pay you. If you unsubscribe, we can not find you in our database. When we don't have any paymentdetails, which results in no pay-out at all.
We will not take the time, to look it up in a backup.

PTP (Paid To Promote) is an EXTRA option at Payingcash.net to reward members for bringing in new members to Payingcash.net, the use of PTP is however only reserved for active members, meaning you must be actively participating in clicking emails and links to be rewarded for using the PTP option!
Points are only for redemptions for advertising and site auctions!!! So no converting into cash!!!
The PTP pays you 90 cent for 1000 credits.

The Paid To Promote is an added bonus for ACTIVE members of payingcash.net. You must be active in the rest of the site in order to use the PTP bonus feature, by clicking a minumum of 50 links per month.

Advertised Sites cannot participate in or transmit inappropriate newsgroup postings or unsolicited e-mail (spam)
Advertised Sites must not promote any type of illegal substance, paraphernalia or activity with illegal, false or deceptive investment advice and money-making opportunities
Advertised Sites cannot be under construction, incomplete or contain little original content
Advertised Sites must not contain any type of content that reasonable public consensus deems to be improper or inappropriate
Advertised Sites cannot be other Paid to Promote pages!
We have no tolerance of SPAM as a method of promoting your PayingCash.net referral links.
We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialised messages.
All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join
PayingCash.net in the future.
All personal information is stored in the PayingCash.net database and will not be sold or given away to third parties. You give PayingCash.net permission to send you newsletters regarding our program.
Fill up a correct emailadress, so you can receive emails of our program. Please don't use @hotmail, @Yahoo or @MSN addresses because of their spamrules. Make sure you put our program in the safe list of your emailadress, so you can receive your emails normal.
PayingCash.net wants to point you to the fact, that you can read your emaillinks in our program too. You have to log in the member section of PayingCash.net.
If you are going on a holiday and to avoid bouncing emails, you can put your account in vacation mode. Just log in your account and go to the personal details. Fill in the holiday details.
This option is a great advantage because we don't get bouncing emails and your mailbox stays empty.
If you do not agree with the above terms then you may not join PayingCash.net.
If a member violates the above terms their membership will be terminated.
